Mike and I will be running our 8th Great South Run, Belle will be running her 5th Great South Mini but this year is Oscar's first Great South Mini!! 

Not only that, it's the one and only time we can all run the Great South Mini together before Belle jumps into the Great South Junior category and runs by herself.

Pompey in the Community is the affiliated charity of Portsmouth Football Club that aims to harness the motivational power of football to enable social impact across the community. Every year, the charity works with over 36,000 children, young people and adults across Portsmouth and the surrounding areas to provide opportunities for people to grow and belong.

• £5 will enable an adult with dementia to access a Life'n'Chimes session providing a safe place and support for them and their loved ones
• £25 will enable a child in-receipt of free school meals access to a hot meal and physical activity in the school holidays
• £90 will pay for a child facing adversity to receive a once in a lifetime opportunity to walk out at Fratton Park
• £200 will pay for a vital seat belt for a specialist bike for our volunteer led Pompey Pedals inclusive cycling project

Every Pompey pound will go back into the Pompey community.
