EVENT RULES

I have read and understood the Event Rules and agree to abide by the terms set out therein.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

All participants pledge to raise a minimum £100.00 per person for Pompey in the Community.

• By using one of our charity places, you agree to raise a minimum of £100 for Pompey in the Community.
• If you wish to to raise money offline, please contact us to let us know how you will deposit the money.
• The Great South Run is run by The Great Run Company. Find out more about the event and their terms and conditions on the Great South Run website: https://www.greatrun.org/events/great-south-run/
• Your place isn't confirmed until you have activated your link from The Great Run Company.
• Places will be reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis and entries may close at any time once filled.

PRIVACY POLICY

I understand and agree that by submitting an online registration to participate in this event, I am consenting to receive email and postal communications from Pompey in the Community. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure emails regarding my participation in the event sent by Pompey in the Community and/or event organisers (including but not limited to email receipts, tickets and advanced notices) are received by me, and are not redirected to Spam or Junk folders or sent to email addresses I do not have access to.

I acknowledge that my data will only be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to electronic marketing, if I provide specific consent for this during the registration process. I understand that I may unsubscribe from any marketing emails I do opt in to receiving at any time, either by changing the option in my Profile Settings or by calling Pompey in the Community at any time.

I am aware that Pompey in the Community will never sell or otherwise distribute my details to any third party, except in regards to providing health and safety data to the event organisers for use in that respect only.
